Constitution

Fremantle Women’s Health Centre Incorporated is established for the public charitable purpose of promoting women’s health and wellbeing, by providing services for the prevention and treatment of physical and mental diseases affecting women.

Our primary focus is to improve women’s health and wellbeing, prioritising the needs of women with the highest risk of poor health outcomes, through provision of services based on a social model of health.

Our current constitution was registered on 2 September 2011. Changes were made to the Purposes section to reflect our Health Promotion Charity status.
