A new Friday morning YOGA class is starting at FWHC on Friday 8 February 2019. All levels and all ages are welcome & suitable for pregnancy, but please advise Timmie when booking.
Wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat or blanket.

There is a minimum $1 contribution per class to pay for those who are able.
