A new Saturday morning YOGA class is beginning at FWHC

Join us for Hatha Vinyasa style yoga classes.  Learn basic poses, use your breath and awareness to release stress, improve your health, clear your mind and create space for yourself.

A new Saturday morning YOGA class is starting at FWHC Saturday 16 March 2019.

All levels and all ages are welcome & suitable for pregnancy.

Wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat or blanket.

Space is limited and bookings are essential, so please contact, Kellie, the instructor, at 0408 981 958.

There is a minimum $1 contribution per class to pay for those who are able.
