A new Saturday morning YOGA class is starting at FWHC on Saturday 9 February 2019. All levels and all ages are welcome & no experience required.
Wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat or blanket.

There is a minimum $1 contribution per class to pay for those who are able.
