A new Thursday evening YOGA class is starting at FWHC Thursday 21 February 2019.
All levels and all ages are welcome & suitable for pregnancy.
Wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat or blanket.

There is a minimum $1 contribution per class to pay for those who are able.
