Join us for Hatha Vinyasa style yoga classes. Learn basic poses, use your breath and awareness to release stress, improve your health, clear your mind and create space for yourself.
A new Thursday morning YOGA class is starting at FWHC on Thursday 9 January 2020 and will run for 8 weeks.
The classes are from 9am-10am.
Bookings are essential, so please contact the instructor, Jen, on 0488 222 180, to book your spot in the class.
A creche is available, so please call 9431 0500 to book a place for your child/children, as spaces are limited.
There is a minimum $1 contribution per class for those who are able to pay.
All levels and ages are welcome & suitable for pregnancy. Wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat or blanket.
