Join us for Hatha Vinyasa style yoga classes. Learn basic poses, use your breath and awareness to release stress, improve your health, clear your mind and create space for yourself.
We have two new YOGA classes beginning at FWHC in August 2019.
There is a 9 week Monday evening class starting on Monday 5 August and a 7 week Thursday morning class starting Thursday 8 August. A creche is available for the Thursday class and needs to be booked when you register for the class.
All levels and all ages are welcome & suitable for pregnancy.
Wear comfortable clothing & bring a yoga mat or blanket.

There is a minimum $1 contribution per class to pay for those who are able.
