Covid-19 Conditions of Entry


Mask Policy:

  • Surgical masks are required for face-to-face medical appointments such as with a doctor or nurse in consulting rooms (masks can be provided by FWHC at Reception).

  • It is optional to wear a mask at Reception and for Counselling/Group Sessions.

  • Please call Reception on 9431 0500 if you have any queries.


If you answer YES to any of the following questions, call us on 9431 0500 prior to your visit.

  1. Do you currently have Covid-19?­

  2. Do you have any of the following symptoms:
    – respiratory illness
    – cold or flu
    – fever
    – cough
    – sore throat
    – shortness of breath
    – aches & pains
    – headache
    – diarrhoea
    and/or
    – vomiting?

  3.  Are you waiting for the result of a recent test for Covid-19?

  4. Have you been a household contact or had a close personal interaction with a person with COVID-19?

If you answered NO to all the above questions, the following conditions apply:

  • All clients to wash or sanitise hands upon entry.

  • Surgical masks will be required for face-to-face medical appointments (masks can be provided by FWHC at Reception).

  • If you are unwilling or unable to wear a mask, a telephone appointment may be arranged.

  • Please call Reception on 9431 0500 if you have any queries.


 

HELP US END PERIOD POVERTY

Fremantle Women's Health Centre is seeking your support to help end period poverty in our region through donations of funds and/packs of sanitary pads.

Packets of pads can be dropped of at our centre between our opening hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Packets must be enclosed and not expired.

Donations of funds can be organised over the phone or in person.
