Ongoing Groups:

Mother-Baby Nurture

Thursdays, 11am-1pm (10-week series)

Becoming a mother can be a time of great joy and mixed emotions.

Mother-Baby Nurture is a 10-week group designed to support you and your infant through the early days of parenting as you get to know each other. It offers a gentle pace to learn how to listen to your infant, your inner self, and to share in the lived experiences of other mothers.

Contact 1800 171 882 or email if you are interested in joining the next term. Please note you need to have a discussion with the Mother-Baby Nurture team before joining and it is not a drop-in workshop.

Circle of Security

Wednesdays, 10:15am – 12:15pm

The Circle of Security Parenting Program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. The program works with parents and care-givers to help them understand their child’s emotional needs, support the child’s ability to manage emotions, enhance the development of the child’s self-esteem and honour the innate desire for their child to be secure.

This program is available for women living or working in the Fremantle, Melville or Cockburn regions with a child under three. Groups commence at the beginning of school terms and creche is available. Registration is essential. If you would like to register or have any queries about this group, please email or call us on 9431 0500.

Adventure Within

Mondays, 10am – 12:30pm

Wisdom Project Australia is hosting a free 8 week group for women over 60 commencing on the 13th of February in 2023.

Are you a woman over 60, an adventurer and keen to look at the next stage in your life in a new light? Would you like to meet with friends or some like-minded people? This 8-week discussion program will help you redefine ageing and retirement into something more connected, more fun, more joyful.
