Ongoing Groups:

Mother-Baby Nurture

Thursdays, 11am-1pm (10-week series)

Becoming a mother can be a time of great joy and mixed emotions.

Mother-Baby Nurture is a 10-week group designed to support you and your infant through the early days of parenting as you get to know each other. It offers a gentle pace to learn how to listen to your infant, your inner self, and to share in the lived experiences of other mothers.

Contact 1800 171 882 or email if you are interested in joining the next term. Please note you need to have a discussion with the Mother-Baby Nurture team before joining and it is not a drop-in workshop.

Sunflower Group

Fridays, 9:45am-12pm

Sunflower Group is for mothers with children aged 0-3 to make connections and learn together.

This free program runs Fridays, 9:45am-12pm during term time here at Fremantle Women’s Health Centre. Children are welcome to attend. Morning tea also provided.

Registrations are essential. Email to register your interest or for more information.

Circle of Security

Wednesdays, 10:15am – 12:15pm

The Circle of Security Parenting Program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. The program works with parents and care-givers to help them understand their child’s emotional needs, support the child’s ability to manage emotions, enhance the development of the child’s self-esteem and honour the innate desire for their child to be secure.

This program is available for women living or working in the Fremantle, Melville or Cockburn regions with a child under three. Groups commence at the beginning of school terms and creche is available. Registration is essential. If you would like to register or have any queries about this group, please email or call us on 9431 0500.
