We hold and host a variety of groups, workshops and presentations to promote your health and wellbeing.
A range of therapeutic, support, exercise, self-help, educational, and social groups are available. These can be facilitated by our staff, by facilitators we pay, professionals from other agencies or by private facilitators who hire the facilities. Before anyone hires our facilities, we assess their credentials, goals for the group, and their capacity to work within our values and approach. We only offer those groups that add value to our services and our community.

Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength and hope are recovering from compulsive overeating. OA is not just about weight loss, gain or maintenance, or obesity or diets. It addresses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is not a religious organisation and does not promote any particular diet.
