Receptionist

FWHC is hiring a Receptionist to provide efficient, high quality reception and general office support 1-2 days (hours 8.30am-4.30pm) per week, plus occasional additional hours to cover staff leave. Competitive rate, plus Super and pro rata leave allowances. This important front-facing role interacts with staff, clients and other stakeholders as first point of contact at reception. Duties include answering all incoming calls, making and coordinating client appointments, support with office administration and banking. Reception experience in a medical practice and Medicare billing is preferred but if you are highly organised, able to multi-task and engage with a range of stakeholders, we can offer training for the right person.
